Refund policy

Tru Earth Environmental Products Inc. (“TRU”) provides refunds via our 30-Day Risk Free Guarantee on items purchased on www.tru.earth. You must contact Tru Earth within seven (7) days of receiving delivery and return the product within thirty (30) days of initial purchase (return shipping costs are not included). Shipping costs are not refundable.

Tru Earth offers a limited Guarantee for products purchased directly from Tru Earth or its authorized retailers. Our products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for up to 30 days from the date of purchase or for the maximum period allowed by the laws of your jurisdiction, if less. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the quality of products handled by distributors outside of our carefully selected network of partners, so our Guarantee only applies to purchases made directly through Tru Earth or an authorized retailer.
